Yes, we

contract

experienced
and skilled
vendors for
landscaping,
janitorial,
heating and
air
conditioning,
pest
control,
paving,
parking lot
sweeping,
electrical
and plumbing
contractors.
Our in-house
maintenance
department
will
trouble-shoot
problems
that our
vendors cannot solve
and they take
care of a
variety of
miscellaneous
matters such
as changing
ceiling
tiles,
adjusting
doors,
changing
light tubes
and ballasts
and numerous
other
maintenance
tasks.
