Beverly J. Howell is the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and a principal of GS Management Company.  Ms. Howell has 25 years of commercial property management experience, which includes her role as principal of a property management company, which she merged with GSMC in 1996 and as a Portfolio Manager with KOLL Management Services.  Ms. Howell has in-depth experience in marketing, leasing, accounting and property management.  Ms. Howell received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
